working on my fitness

you know when you have one of those when you're tired for no reason. a blah day so to speak. today was one of those. didn't help that i had training with din. tried my best to get myself in the zone but ended up whining mostly. if my muscles worked half as much as my mouth i'm sure i'd be closer to where i need to be :) but regardless i love how you feel all your muscles after a weight-training session. even as i type i'm aware of my aching triceps. i guess its that awareness that i've missed mostly.

went to jb yesterday to buy kuehs for the mum. it wasn't even remotely cheap with 8 containers amounting to bout $100. couldn't resist (yet another ) pair of wedges. these ones were strappy gold n black that'll be perfect with baju kurungs. that'll be my last pair in a while i promise. bought a coupla t-shirts as well so i don't flash the poor unsuspecting kids at school too often in my low cut tops. and most excitingly they were having a sale on vanity fair lingerie and i bought 3 bras that do amazing things for the girlies and at only 15 ringit each! i have to say tho that the malaysian experience isn't quite the same when you remove eating from the equation.

am working till the end of the week afterwhich i'll be on leave for a week to make sure i get everything sorted before leaving for sri lanka. will be seeing the bf in 21 days. yes i am counting down, so bite me. seriously, i might actually enjoy it. heh. to kick off my transition into domestic godess i learnt how to make chilli beef spagetti. sigh. so many dishes so little time.

am hoping the days go quickly by. selamat hari raya puasa to all my muslim friends in case i don't update my blog for a while. love ya guys :)
