the usual mid-week mayhem

i was supposed to work frm 7am to 2pm for the whole of this month but i guess it was just too good to be true...have worked frm 9-6 instead most of this week. went to the gym today as well to get in a session of weight-training. i prolly strained a muscle in either my neck or back n have been suffering from a dull head ever since. nothing seven hrs of sleep couldn't set right tho. i plan to do a session of cardio tomorrow and then rest on friday so that i can have dinner with mum and the bro, who will be back from camp(yay!)...am looking forward to meeting up with cheryl and grace over the weekend to do some bargain hunting....nothing like some retail therapy to make you forget a particularly tough week.

Food:

B'fast
wholemeal sandwhich with turkey ham, tomato, parsley and 1 tsp mustard
1 cup coffee

Lunch
1 bowl rice
1/2 cup sambal kang kung
1 bowl herbal chicken soup

Snack
1 banana
1 yakult

Snack
wholemeal sandwhich with turkey ham,tomato,parsley and 1 tsp mustard
1 cup coffee

Dinner
wholemeal sandwhich with turkey ham, tomato,parsley and 1tsp mustard
1 glass sugar-free soya milk

*yes, i did have the exact same thing three times today, and i enjoyed it each time. my mummy would prolly say it was all the love she put into making them for me this morning, but well i guess i'm easy...

Exercise:

1 1/2 hr weight training
