they say the first time is always special. i guess that's why every phonecall leaves me with a foolish grin on my face. being romanced definitely is one of life's pleasures. almost as good chocolate. who knew. but then again the rational part of my brain's telling me that i need to go slow and not to rush into anything blindly.
what i really need on the other hand is to start spending more time in the gym . hope to enter a running event in oct with grace and sharm. nothing overtly ambitious just a 5k but at the level i am now even that would be pushing it. just on an interesting note i just discovered that a packet of instant noodles has as much calories as a murtabak! i would rather a murabak anyday. have to start eating more cleanly. sigh. i keep sayin that but its tough when ur eating with family members who don't really have healthy eating as a priority. i shall strive for small steps. am almost glad that fasting is approaching.
got a facial the other day and damn i think i looked way better before. when the lady was extracting my blackheads (basically a roundabout way of sayin squeezing pimples) i literally was whimpering frm the sheer agony of the experience. and i've got major breakout to show for surviving the ordeal. i have new found respect for those who put themselves thru this on a regular basis.
